Set up: 10 am - 2 pm
With your table, you will receive 25 tickets valued at $25 each. Each ticket will entitle the bearer to one chit good for any beverage at the cash bar and unlimited gourmet hors d’oeuvres throughout the evening. Door prizes will be given out, donated by the show co-sponsors, AFE & IMI. You are encouraged to organize your own raffle in order to obtain business cards from attendees. We have 40 tables available on the FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis. Receipt of your payment will confirm table reservation. We will immediately forward your tickets to you to distribute to your customers and potential customers as a “Thank You” for their business or to generate new business.
Based upon previous years’ shows, we expect over 500 attendees.
