With your table, you will receive 25 tickets for Guest Registration and Door Prize. Prizes are donated by vendors and AFE. You are encouraged to organize your own raffle at your table in order to obtain business cards from attendees. Tables are available on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis.

Receipt of your payment will confirm your table reservation. We will immediately forward your tickets to distribute to your customers and potential customers as a “Thank You” for their business or to generate new business.

Tickets include unlimited gourmet hors d’oeuvres throughout the night.

With vendors offering displays and information on their newest and/or most popular products, this event is always informative, innovative, interesting, and just plain fun. Based on previous events, we expect over 200+ attendees.

The Association for Facilities Engineering, Chapter 85, Pioneer Valley is pleased to announce that the Scholarship Committee is now accepting applications for our 2023 Scholarship Awards. This scholarship is aimed toward people pursuing degrees or certifications to advance their careers in Facility Engineering and Management as well as students pursuing studies in Engineering related fields at a university, college, junior college, or trade school. This scholarship is open to high school and current or returning college students. The 2023 Scholarship application deadline will be March 31, 2023.

We will be awarding the $1000 Scholarship Awards
