Western New England University - Geo-Thermal and Solar Plant Tour - June 2022

Western New England University Geothermal and Solar Plant Tour - June 2022

We had a great 1st event in person since COVID!

We started the night with some casual networking, followed by dinner provided by WNE food services, a presentation with lots of Q&A, ending with a tour of the systems mechanical room and lots more questions.

Huge THANK YOU to Michael Lescarbeau from Harry Grodsky & Co, Inc. for being our guest speaker on one of several major projects his company did on campus to help reduce their carbon footprint.

Harry Grodsky & Co., Inc. is a privately held fourth generation mechanical contractor involved in all types of mechanical construction throughout New England.  Conceptual estimating, design/build, value engineering, computerized scheduling, mechanical coordination and fast tracking are part of our management system, which yields a quick response to project demands and has contributed repeatedly to our successes and those of our clients.

We take pride in our ability to deliver highly technical mechanical systems on time and within budget.

Projects ranging in scope from data centers, semi-conductor fabrication facilities, higher education, central infrastructure projects, hotel casino resorts, stand-alone central power plants, drug research and fermentation plants, to polymer development facilities, all demonstrate our dedication and ability to meet the demands for quality and schedule in the construction of projects.
